The Phase I groundbreaking ceremony at Our Lady of Grace in Maricopa AZ occurred on Wednesday, 1 May 2013, at 2 pm on the new church property — the SW corner of Gunsmoke and Cow Path in Maricopa.

The roads and civil infrastructure will be first installed to prepare the whole 35 acre site for the new church, along with future plans for single and multifamily housing, commercial retail and office, and other community amenities to serve the parish and the City of Maricopa.
